Founded in 1999, the club provides a relaxed environment for all dogs and their handlers to enjoy learning together. The club has a reputation we are all proud of... "Whatever your interest in dog training might be - fun at Harlequin is guaranteed!"

Our home is Tomlinsons, in Markfield, Leicestershire, a canine establishment that provides superb facilities for training indoors and outdoors all year. Disabled access and toilet facilities within the indoor hall ensures that everyone can enjoy classes.

Qualified and experienced instructors have a wealth of personal knowledge in the field of obedience and agility - having great success (and a lot of fun) competing with their own dogs.

Various classes are held each evening and weekends with opportunities to progress within your particular interest. Class times do vary depending upon what stage your training needs are. A phone call or email is always advisable to find which class has availability.

Members of the Harlequin Canine Academy can also enjoy our relaxed walks after training at the weekend. These quality times bring dogs of all shapes and sizes together and have helped many dogs gain important social skills that a class environment cannot always provide. It is also a good chance to meet other handlers and brush up on your social skills... and if you are really good - you can be off lead too!
